Great course and excellent tutor. John was really welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable. The pace at which he did his lectures was perfect. The content was really detailed and I learned lots of useful theory

She was a really good speaker and went into really good detail on examples and explanation and got everyone involved
Elton Araunjo|Software test engineer|IBM –
The course was excellent and was able to increase my knowledge bank in test. The course also helped my build on the knowledge that i gained from the foundation course, by helping me understand how testing take place on a mobile app.
Joe Dobson|Test Engineer|IBM –
Really good course, and really explained by a fun instructor. Angelina got us involved however possible and made sure were all comfortable with the pace and info before moving on. She also showed us a demo at the end which was very interesting. Hope to have Angelina teaching me again in future.
Amparo Baviera Vivó | IT Test coordinator | European Parliament –
The trainer was very competent. For every concept she explained and put examples to help to understand. The course material is also complete.
It was a little bit difficult to me to follow the speed rate of an English native speaker, but that it’s another story. I enjoyed the course.
Alexander Hendrick | Software Test Apprentice | IBM –
The course was intensive but very interesting. Angelina came at it with a positive attitude and did well explaining the material in detail. She was very patient with us and got through the course material in a good time.

Angelina was very knowledgeable and presented the course with lots of energy and humour.
Colin McNairney|Test Automation Specialist|IBM UK –
Course was very good, but difficult for me to follow as I am deaf in both ears and had difficulty keeping up with what was going on. I depend mainly on text and slides, but suffered some confusion as I did not have context in some situations.
George Selway|Software Tester Apprentice|Sedgemoor District Council –
It was easy to follow and the instructor was very friendly and patient.
Marc Ackermans|| –
I couldn’t hope for a better trainer! Being a non English native speaker I was afraid the course would have been a big challenge but Angelina has made this course for me easy to understand making sure I wasn’t left behind. She has clarified each doubt and on top of that she’s also good fun. I hope I will meet Angelina in a future course.
Thomas Collins|Software Tester|Aareon –
Angelina was very friendly and approachable, she was happy to answer any queries that I had as we went along. I was initially a bit worried about remote learning, but things went very well. Angelina tried to make the course as interactive as possible, even though I know that it is hard to do this remotely. Thanks Angelina 🙂
Sophie Pearson|PTP Business Analyst|Old Mutual Wealth –
It is very informative and allowed you to highlight the areas that you need to study in more detail for the exam. At times we would get lost in the practical that doesn’t relate back to the exam
George Selway|Software Tester Apprentice|Sedgemoor District Council –
It was easy to follow and the instructor was very friendly and patient. There was a great case study to follow with linked tasks.

Attila Pal|Data administrator|Randstad –
I had a virtual course between 18-20 May and really enjoyed it. I had already prepared from a book but John, the trainer, helped me with topics I was not confident in. In my opinion, the course was well structured and interactive enough – we had optimal break times, practiced sample questions, had explaining discussions and Q-A sessions all 3 days. It was better than just reading the book, I understood the material more because of visualising and pointing out the major correlations. I took my exam 2 days after this course and had 90% (probably around 20-25% more than if preparing from the book only)!
Joe Verlander | Software Tester | PwC –
Enjoyable – sadly online and not in person
Izzy Smith | Junior QA Analyst | TMAC –
Interesting course, good detail & nice practical uses
maybe update some of the slides to more relevant examples/ applications
Simon Evans | QA Software Test engineer | DAC Beachcroft –
Really useful and interesting
Yat Wan | Test Lead | Royal Mail Group –
Trainer has been informative, provided good examples related to theory, and helped me go over where I went wrong in the past paper.
Perhaps more organised setup for delegates in installing and using Android Studio, before course started.
Daniel Phillips | Automation Engineer | Capgemini –
Course was interesting, but practical work didn’t always seem to align with the examinable content – on day 1 a lot of the content was gone over relatively quickly in favor of doing practical work around drawing diagrams. What was implemented on day 2 was better, theory was taught first and then backed up by relevant practical work afterwards.
Danny Yau | Application Tester | Steve Vick International –
Course was great, Rosie was very helpful and always explaining everything in detail.
james troup | software test engineer | IBM –
I thought that our trainer was very good, she was very helpful and the amount of information was a good amount and not overpowering.
Luke Rogers | Software Test Engineer | IBM –
It was very enjoyable and insightful, the information from the trainer helped relate the course information into real world scenarios easily to help understand the details of the course.
Susie Harrison | Software Test Engineer | IBM –
The course was interactive and fun
Lots of information but was not overwhelming
peter wilson | software tester | vaultex –
turning the course into a 3 day course be be really good to much info for just 2 days
Lee Palmer | QA Analyst | Jagex –
Overall I felt the course could have done with being an extra day in length. We skipped over most of the practical exercies as well as some of the final topic being sped through the make up the time. This seemed due to us asking lots of questions for the first part of the course which meant we were playing catchup
I felt on this course I missed out on having the slides/course sylabus as a physical copy in front of me that I could highlight and make notes on. This time around I was having to make notes from the slides and then also make notes about this slides at the same time. This was exhausting and I stuggled to keep up.
Ryan Neave | QA Analyst | Jagex LTD –
Course was informative.
I found that this course, in particular in the second day there was a lot crammed into one day with little time to discuss a great deal of things.
If it was spread over 3 days I believe it would have been digested a lot better.
James Anderson | QA Tester Apprentice | Invotra LTD –
The course was very informative and help me learn more about mobile app testing. The course was informative and fun and the trainer was motivating and was very helpful in explaining the syllabus.
Patrick Wilson | Test Analyst | IBM –
Lovely person, very approachable with a deep understanding of the topic, allowing Angelina to explain the content in a way that was engaging, and made it easy to digest. It was easy to stay engaged with the content right through to the end, and the overall course quality was very high.
Ana Ferreira | Business Tester | Siemens –
Good structure, nice explained
Ana Cavaco | Software Tester | Siemens SA –
Really useful and with connection to the real world, not just academic knowledge
Sunny Yang | Digital Consultant | KPMG –
Angelina was very helpful in answering our questions and keeping everyone engaged throughout the whole 4 days. I believe it would be better to keep it as 4 days (I heard some of these run for three days only), and perhaps it would be easier to use Microsoft Teams instead of GoTo Meetings? As we use Teams as our primary source of communication within the organisation anyway.
Mauricio Geraldelli | | Siemens Portugal –
Great course, but too many info for 2 days (as usual). It will take some time to review and process the content.
Thomas Rey | Junior QA Analyst | Jagex –
As I have only taken the foundation course before I was unsure of what to expect with this course. The foundation course was a lot bulkier but this course felt a lot lighter.
As I predominately work with mobile devices in my testing I feel I knew a quite about about some of the topics we discussed but I was able to grow a deeper understanding of areas I knew already and I learnt a lot about areas I didn’t know about.
I enjoyed the length of the course it felt just right.
Joaquim Fragoso | SW Test and Automation expert | Siemens SA –
Very comprehensive. A reference for mobile testing world
Toni Lampert | Apprentice Software Tester | Booking.com –
It is very informative and allowed you to highlight the areas that you need to study in more detail for the exam. At times we would get lost in the practical that doesn’t relate back to the exam
Duncan MacGregor | IT Technician | OS –
Course was excellent, well paced, superb instructor and feel like I learned a lot.
Darrell Cole | QA | MoneyBox –
Good overview plenty to learn lots of Fun
Iulia Olaru| Test Engineer Apprentice – Functional tester| IBM –
I really enjoyed the course, although it was fast paced, every topic was covered and explained perfectly with plenty of practical exercises.
Nithya Anantharaman| Test Manager| KPMG UK –
The course certainly covers the basics – all different areas specific to mobile testing, would have been more insightful to see an application of this perhaps via a case study.
